NEW YORK PRESBYTERIAN MORGAN STANLEY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
Hi, my name is Ava Ranski, and I am a member of the Henrik Lundqvist Young Ambassadors Foundation. As a member, I would like to use my voice and give back to other young people. Over the past few years, I have spent many long days and nights in a Children's Hospital due to my disability Spina Bifida Occulta. The hospital can be a very lonely place for a child. One of the things that helped pass the time was reading. What I would like to do now is to give back to other children and give them a book to help pass the time.
I am collecting newly purchased books for young people ages 5 - 17. I have set up this page to help fundraise for buying books. I am also setting up multiple drop boxes for people to donate directly at my local schools, recreation center, and local church. The books will be donated to New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.
I would greatly appreciate any support for this project.
